Men and women aged 18 to 65. We are looking for male volunteers aged 18 - 65 and surgically sterile or post menopausal female volunteers who are aged between 45 - 65, with a BMI between 18 - 30 and who smoke no more than 5 cigarettes per day.

Inclusion Criteria
Women aged 21 to 45. We are looking for female volunteers who have used oral contraceptives for a minimum of three months, and have been using the Microgynon 30 contraceptive pill for at least one month. Volunteers must be non-smokers or smoke no more than 5 cigarettes per day and have a BMI between 19 - 30.
Area
We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and you will need to attend all visits to the Leeds clinic . Covance is centrally located in the middle of England and is easily accessible by road and public transport
Duration
Length of Stay: 4 x 2 night stays plus one out patient visit. Study dates are calculated in accordance with your pill cycle. WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING MALE HAYFEVER SUFFERERS FOR A NEW HAYFEVER MEDICATION STUDY
Inclusion Criteria
We require caucasion male volunteers between the ages of 18 and 55 years.
You must smoke no more than 10 cigarettes per-day.
BMI of 18 - 30
You need to have hayfever symptoms for at least 4 days per week for 4 weeks during your symptom period

Aim of Study
Testing the effectiveness of NEW medications to prevent and acellerate wound healing.
Inclusion Criteria
Healthy male volunteers aged between 18-45.
Exclusion Criteria
Must not have been on any social or prescribed drugs for the past 8 weeks.
Must not drink more than 28 units of Alcohol per week

Greater Manchester or anybody wishing to travel to Manchester

5 x 1 hour visits + 2 x 5 hour visits over 6-12 months.
